随着学前教育事业的不断发展,促进教师专业发展,提高幼儿园保教质量日益成为学前教育领域的重点问题。幼儿园教师的专业发展一般有着外控式发展和内驱式发展两条路径。前者是指对幼儿园教师进行有目的、有计划的培训和提高,后者则是指幼儿园教师个体的自我完善与自主发展。其中,内驱式发展是主导因素,外控式发展是辅助因素,其价值在于促进和激发内驱式发展,只有当两者在实践博弈中得到协调平衡才能有效促进教师的专业自我发展。
With the continuous development of pre-school education, the promotion of teachers’ professional development and the improvement of the quality of kindergarten teaching, it increasingly becomes a key issue in preschool education. Kindergarten teachers’ professional development generally has two paths: external control development and internal drive development. The former refers to the purposeful and planned training and improvement of kindergarten teachers, while the latter refers to the self-improvement and self-development of kindergarten teachers. Among them, the development of the internal drive is the dominant factor. The development of the external control is a secondary factor. Its value is to promote and stimulate the development of the internal drive. Only when the two are coordinated and balanced in the practice game can the professional self-development of the teachers be effectively promoted.
