广西国营七坡林场是广西壮族自治区林业局直属的大型林场,始建于1952年。经过50年的奋斗,好几代林业工人的努力,林场现经营总面积28万亩,其中商品林约20万亩,生态林约7万亩,此外还有龙眼等经济林约1万亩。在职职工866人,离退休人员有575人。2002年8月,时任广西东门林场场长的韦善华调任广西区七坡林场场长。来到七坡后,他将东门发展速丰桉的经验移植过来,调整林种结构,大力发展场外造林,为七坡林场的可持续发展打下了坚固的基础。他先后获得2000年世行贷款国家造林项目先进工作者,2001年全国营造林先进工作者,2002年度全国绿化奖章。2004年荣获全国十大国有林场管理奖称号。
