In the winter of 1954, the People’s Liberation Army mobilized 100,000 engineering units and repaired the strategic highway nearly 2,000 km from Qinghai to Tibet. Over the past 40 years, innumerable soldiers have risked their lives and the frosty snowstorms have pulled millions of tons of various materials and transported millions of people in and out of Tibet to Tibet and Yunnan through the line in the ever-desolate Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. About 30 million car kilometers journey. According to the experiment, at a speed of 4,000 meters above sea level, the car motor will react 35% less oxygen due to lack of oxygen, and our soldiers are tougher under harsh conditions. And because working in difficult circumstances, they are not only far away, they almost forgot the comforts of life. Officers and soldiers of the Qingchongbing Station, honored by the Central Military Commission as “the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Model Corps”, are connecting and guarding the world’s highest “Tienlu” with youth and life. This is a heroic and exemplary team, but each of them is an ordinary soldier.
