我院自1980～1984年治疗64例敌敌畏中毒病人，经洗胃、导泻、并用阿托品、解磷定及其他支持疗法，使轻、中度中毒病人转危为安，但严重中毒者死亡率仍高。83年始我院采用血液透析治疗重度敌敌畏中毒，取得一定疗效，现将血液透析治疗重度敌敌畏中毒16例，中度中毒1例及单纯药物治疗（包括阿托品、解磷定等）47例的临床结果报道如下：
