The Karsarsk magnetite deposit was born at the top of the Kururongkurisike Formation (C_1v_3 ~ 2-S) in the Valeryanovsky lithofacies that contains iron in the main iron ore zone of the Turgay Depression And partly volcanic deposits of the Davidshoff Formation (C_1S_1). The thick skarn mineralization of the deposit underwent an inhomogeneous sulphide mineralization under solution after the magmatic phase of the acid metasomatic stage. Several copper mineralized zones were identified, one of which has industrial value. In the profile, sulphide mineralization extends over the anhydrite-bearing strata; pyroxene, pyroxene-pegmatite, and albite compositions; and predominantly in the sediments of the Kururongkurisike Formation Magnetite ore
