长安发动机制造厂是长安汽车股份有限公司旗下的第4工厂。成立两年多来,以其独创性的员工业绩持续评价及改进、持续的员工合理化建议评价及改进、持续的质量程序文件评价及改进、持续的现场安全评价及改进简称“4RE”体系,极大地促进了员工观念的转变和素质的提高,使工厂的管理水平和经营绩效持续提升,形成了“路遥知马力”的企业文化。以“4RE”体系为主要内容的管理成果、荣获重庆市创新管理成果一等奖。其持续改善的探索与实践,值得广大企业借鉴。
