以银叶金合欢种子为试材,采用温度、光照、赤霉素协同作用处理,设计正交实验,研究了各种组合处理对银叶金合欢种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数的影响,以期找到最适宜萌发的最佳组合条件。结果表明:温度对银叶金合欢种子萌发率差异显著;在25℃温度下,光照强度为4 200lx,赤霉素浓度为100mg·L~(-1)时银叶金合欢种子萌发率最高为93.333%,银叶金合欢种子萌发的发芽势和发芽指数最大,最大值分别为81.667%和10.958。
The effects of various treatments on the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of Acacia mangium seeds were studied by using the treatments of temperature, light and gibberellin synergism. The orthogonal experiment was designed. In order to find the best combination of germination conditions. The results showed that the temperature had significant difference on the germination rate of A. acuminatum seeds. The highest germination rate of A. acacia seeds was 4 200lx at 25 ℃ and 100 mg · L -1 93.333%. The germination potential and germination index of A. gmelinii seed germination were the highest with the maximum values being 81.667% and 10.958, respectively.
