随着社会的不断进步,我国在新课程教育改革方面的力度和程度都持续加大。特别是在小学的教育教学改革中有着非常高的重视度。当然,这也是所有小学教师所需要面临的最重要的问题之一。此文章中就来分析小学教育教学管理中存在的问题和现状,而且对于特殊的问题提出了相关的应对方法希望能够对广大小学教育教学管理工作者提供一定的帮助或者启发。
With the continuous improvement of society, the strength and degree of our country in the reform of the new curriculum education have continued to increase. Especially in primary education reform has a very high degree of attention. Of course, this is one of the most important issues that all elementary school teachers need to face.
