《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划的建议》(下称《建议》)中明确提出了实施互利共赢的开放战略的要求,这是我们党在深刻认识世界经济发展趋势的基础上做出的重大抉择。我从我国企业“走出去”对外投资这个角度,谈几点对互利共赢战略的认识。
