本文报道了一种用AppleⅡ微型计算机与GDM1000单色仪联机实现分光光度计功能的方法,并根据自适应噪音消除器的原理及Widrow最小二乘方算法,利用软件来补偿由于光源不稳所引起的误差(用于透射测量的最大偏差为± 0.005T)。联机系统保特原有高分辨率(0.5cm~(-1))和高波数精度(2cm~(-1))的优点,可用于测量透射谱、吸收谱、反射谱,可进行谱线累加从而提高信噪比,还能很方便地得到微分谱提高分辨能力。文中还给出一些应用的实验结果。
