反腐倡廉建设是一项社会系统工程,必须坚持源头预防和高压整治相结合,做到标本兼治,综合治理。本文就如何构筑宣传教育、制度机制和队伍建设三大平台,创新责任落实机制、行政监督机制和案件查办协调机制,突出对领导机关和领导干部作风整治、对重点领域行风整治和党员领导干部违纪违法问题整治进行了阐述。
Combating Corruption and Building a Clean Government is a social systematic project. We must adhere to the combination of source prevention and high-pressure rectification so as to tackle both the symptoms and the root cause and comprehensively control it. This article on how to build the three platforms of publicity and education, institutional mechanisms and team building, innovation responsibility implementation mechanism, administrative supervision mechanism and case investigation and coordination mechanism, highlighting the leadership organs and leading cadres style rectification of key areas of business conduct and party members and leading cadres discipline Illegal problems rectification were described.
