目的介绍业务工作量化管理在疾病预防控制工作中的应用经验。方法将年度业务工作内容细化分解为具体的工作指标,包括项目名称、经费预算、前三年同一项目完成情况、具体工作内容、工作进度安排、经费来源及使用安排和考核方式。结果 2011年业务工作量化分解为321项,2012年为300项。结论业务工作量化管理具有较强的整体性和计划性,能动态掌握各业务科室的工作进度和经费使用情况,有效提升疾病预防控制工作质量。
Objective To introduce the application experience of quantitative management of business work in disease prevention and control. Methods The detailed breakdown of the annual business work is divided into specific work indicators, including the project name, budget, the completion of the same project in the previous three years, the specific work content, work schedule, sources of funding, usage arrangement and assessment methods. Results The number of business operations in 2011 was decomposed to 321 and in 2012 to 300. Conclusion The quantitative management of business work has a strong integrity and planning, which can dynamically grasp the work progress and use of funds in various business departments and effectively improve the quality of disease prevention and control work.
