空气中二氧化碳浓度的测量在工业、农业、医学、卫生、环境保护和其它许多领域都有非常重要的意义 .目前市售的二氧化碳测量仪表大都属于分析仪表 ,它们机理复杂 ,价格很高 ,难以得到广泛使用 ,因此亟需开发一种精度满足要求、价格较低的二氧化碳测量仪器 .本研究给出了用红外传感器和高性能微处理器组成的二氧化碳测试仪的工作原理和简化仪表结构的设计思路 ,讨论了提高仪表灵敏度和消除误差的方法 .实验结果表明 ,利用这种技术可以制造廉价的气体成分分析仪表
Measurement of carbon dioxide in the air is of great importance in the fields of industry, agriculture, medicine, health, environmental protection and many other fields.Currently commercially available carbon dioxide measuring instruments are mostly analytical instruments that have complex mechanisms and are expensive to obtain So it is urgent to develop a carbon dioxide measuring instrument which meets the requirements of accuracy and low price.This study gives the working principle of the carbon dioxide measuring instrument composed of infrared sensor and high performance microprocessor and the design idea of simplifying the instrument structure , Discusses the ways to improve the sensitivity of the instrument and eliminate the error.The experimental results show that the use of this technology can produce cheap gas composition analysis instrument
