暑假期间,我参加了一次观摩学习活动,收益颇多,现谈谈学习后的一些认识和体会:1.要精心挑选和设计一些英语教学课前的简单对话,采用师生问答、生生问答、小组问答等多种形式,不但训练了学生的听说能力,复习了上节课的内容,而且为新授内容作了铺垫,起到了承上启下的作用。2.小学生的思维方式存在闪忆化,在英语教学中许多课文和对话的内容不易记住和掌握,教师要想方设法使教学直观化、趣味
