舞蹈动作是舞蹈的核心生命力,因而要想达到舞蹈极具生命力,给人以视觉享受的艺术效果,需要多种舞蹈技术的完美运用与结合而形成的。在此过程中,舞者可以通过呼吸的节奏来感知自身的身体状态,通过呼吸的韵律来掌控身体的运动幅度,通过呼吸气息的变换来变化舞姿。所以,舞者的呼吸显得尤为重要。本文从舞蹈中呼吸的重要性分析入手,结合自身经验体会,对如何在舞蹈中正确运用呼吸韵律谈几点认识和建议。
Dance is the core vitality of dance, so in order to achieve the vitality of the dance, gives the visual enjoyment of the artistic effect, the need for a variety of dance techniques and the perfect combination of the formation. In this process, the dancers can sense their own body state through the rhythm of breathing, control the body movement range through the breathing rhythm, and change the dance posture through the change of breathing breath. Therefore, the dancer’s breathing is particularly important. This article starts with the analysis of the importance of breathing in dance and combines with my own experiences to talk about how to correctly apply the breathing rhythm in dance.
