肠结核好发于末端同肠、回盲部及升结肠,单独侵犯降结肠者少见。笔者遇到1例报告如下。女患,42岁,住院号38442。因反复腹痛、腹泻3年余,于1984年4月26日入院。患者于3年前经常感到腹部隐痛,稀便,每天3～5次,便后腹痛稍缓解。当地医院按慢性肠炎治疗,时愈时发。近半年来症状加重,大便增至每天8～10次,有时呈水样,且有里急后重感,每伴有阵发性腹绞痛。入院前半月发现少 Intestinal tuberculosis occur at the end of the same bowel, ileocecal and ascending colon, were associated with descending colon alone rare.
