在本研究中,根据实验结果,提出了一种浮选分离石英和长石可能性的新概念。研究了非离子型表面活性剂Brij58对石英和长石浮选行为的影响。还研究了表面活性剂在固—液界面的吸附作用。结果表明,表面活性剂浓度低时,石英出现最大的可浮性。长石不能被这种表面活性剂捕收。用预先经过盐酸浸沥过的长石进行浮选试验,其浮选特性与石英相似。本文还研究了长石表面碱金属离子的消除对其可浮性的影响。根据无机和有机添加剂的盐(助)溶和盐析性质,讨论了这些添加剂对石英浮选回收率的影响。
In this study, based on the experimental results, a new concept of flotation separation possibility of quartz and feldspar was proposed. The effect of nonionic surfactant Brij58 on the flotation behavior of quartz and feldspar was studied. The adsorption of surfactants at the solid-liquid interface was also studied. The results show that the maximum floatability of quartz occurs when the surfactant concentration is low. Feldspar can not be captured by this surfactant. Flotation experiments were carried out with feldspars previously leached with hydrochloric acid and their flotation characteristics were similar to those of quartz. The paper also studied the feldspar surface of the elimination of alkali metal ions on its floatability. The effects of these additives on the recovery of quartz flotation were discussed based on the salt (co) dissolution and salting-out properties of inorganic and organic additives.
