一、引言LSI电路的测试应具备这样一些必备条件:(1)有满足精度和频率要求的测试设备;(2)有各种电路器件的测试程序;(3)有各种电路的测试图形。通常,能测试LSI电路的测试设备都有自己的测试语言,器件的测试程序便是根据产品的技术指标,用测试语言编写而成。测试程序内容包括:产品各引脚分配,输入、输出信号,时间参数、直流参数等定义,以及安排测试顺序、对产品进行判断和分类等。测试图形也是用测试语言编写的,其内容是:根据被测产品的工作原理,在一定的工作频率下,确定每节拍(周期)产品
