我科自2001年7月至2005年4月对4例胰头癌病人行胰十二指肠联合门静脉及右半结肠切除,提高了胰头癌的切除率,取得了满意的疗效。现报告如下。1临床资料本组4例胰头癌病人中,男3例,女1例。年龄40~70岁,平均64·6岁。有2例术前在外院行内引流术。4例均行胰十二指肠联合门静脉及右 Our department from July 2001 to April 2005 on 4 cases of pancreatic cancer in patients with pancreaticoduodenal portal vein and right colon resection, increased pancreatic cancer resection rate and achieved satisfactory results.
