泡沫金属对高温熔盐的相变过程影响很大.本文通过Fluent软件研究了在微重力、真空条件下,泡沫金属的孔隙率,填充位置和体积对高温熔盐熔化过程的影响.结果表明,虽然泡沫金属的孔隙率的变化对高温熔盐整个熔化过程温度的分布影响不大.但是,随着孔隙率的变小,对熔化速率的影响越小.泡沫金属的填充体积对温度分布影响较小,但是填充位置对融化过程温度场影响很大.在一定范围内可以减少泡沫金属的填充体积,将泡沫金属填充到一定的位置来增加蓄热量.
