张铭新教授1942年9月生于北京,蒙古族,中共党员,清华大学法学院退休教授。张铭新教授1960年毕业于北京第13中学,1964年毕业于北京政法学院法律系。嗣后在新疆精河、博乐等地从事司法实践工作。1978年考入北京大学法律系攻读研究生,主攻专业为中国法制史,师从著名中国法制史学家浦坚先生。1981年毕业并成为我国首批法学硕士之一。同年到武汉大学执教,1986年晋 Professor Zhang Mingxin Born in September 1942 in Beijing, Mongolian, member of the Communist Party of China, Tsinghua University Law School retired professor.
