1～10月江苏省工业投入和技改投入继续稳定增长,投资结构进一步优化,重点项目进展顺利,主要情况如下:一、工业和技改投资持续增长,增幅保持稳定1～10月全省工业投资完成13402.6亿元,同比增长21.3%;全省全社会技术改造投资完成10368.7亿元,同比增长21.2%,其中工业技改投资完成9388.6亿元,同比增长21.4%。二、企业自筹增幅回落,银行贷款增长较快
