目的研究富硒锌益生菌对犬全血硒锌含量、抗氧化能力和肠道菌群的影响。方法8条18月龄本地犬,雌雄各半,均分成对照组和试验组。对照组在整个试验期间饲喂犬基础日粮,试验组在饲喂犬基础日粮的基础上,每天补给富硒锌益生菌2.0g,连续30d。分别于饲喂的第0d、15d和30d采样测定全血硒锌含量与抗氧化能力和肠道菌群的相关指标。结果在试验15d,犬全血硒和锌含量、全血GPX活性、血清SOD活性、血清T-AOC和粪中乳杆菌数量显著高于对照组,粪中肠杆菌数量显著低于对照组,血清MDA含量和粪中双歧杆菌、葡萄球菌和肠球菌数量与对照组之间差异不显著;在试验30d,犬全血硒含量、血清SOD活性、血清T-AOC和粪中乳杆菌数量极显著高于对照组,全血锌含量、GPX活性和粪中双歧杆菌数量显著高于对照组,粪中肠杆菌数量极显著低于对照组,血清MDA含量、粪中葡萄球菌和肠球菌数量显著低于对照组。结论富硒锌益生菌能提高犬的全血硒和锌含量,提高机体抗氧化能力,调节肠道菌群和改善肠道内环境。
Objective To study the effect of probiotic zinc-enriched probiotics on selenium and zinc content, antioxidant capacity and intestinal microflora in whole blood of dogs. Methods Eight 18-month-old local dogs, male and female, were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group fed the basal diet of dogs during the whole experiment period. The experimental group was fed with 2.0 g of probiotic-rich zinc probiotics on a daily basis for 30 days on the basis of the canine basal diet. The levels of selenium and zinc, antioxidant capacity and intestinal flora in whole blood were determined on the 0d, 15d and 30d feeding respectively. Results On the 15th day, the content of selenium and zinc, whole blood GPX activity, serum SOD activity, T-AOC and Lactobacillus in dogs were significantly higher than those in the control group. The numbers of Enterobacter were significantly lower than those in the control group There was no significant difference between the content of MDA and the content of bifidobacteria, staphylococcus and enterococci in the feces and the control group. At 30 d, the content of selenium, the activity of serum SOD, the content of serum T-AOC and Lactobacillus in feces were significantly The content of zinc in whole blood, the activity of GPX and the number of bifidobacteria in feces were significantly higher than those in control group. The number of enterobacteria in feces was significantly lower than that in control group. The content of serum MDA and the number of staphylococcus and enterococci in feces were significantly higher Lower than the control group. Conclusion Se-enriched zinc probiotics can increase selenium and zinc content of whole blood in dogs, improve the body’s antioxidant capacity, regulate intestinal flora and improve the intestinal environment.
