成人高校是实现我国终身教育目标的主体力量之一 ,其在新世纪挑战与机遇共存。求学者动机干扰成人高校教育目标的实现 ;成人教育课程建设出现的种种异化现象 ;成人高校教育教学管理所面临的压力均给成人高校的发展提出挑战。成人高校应明确培养目标 ,加强课程建设 ,提高教育教学质量 ,将成人教育的重心从学校教育转移到终身教育上来 ,充分发挥成人高校在学习化社会中的作用。
Adult colleges and universities are one of the main forces that realize the goal of lifelong education in our country. Their challenges and opportunities coexist in the new century. Seeking scholars’ motivation interferes with the realization of the goal of adult higher education; the alienation phenomenon in the construction of adult education curriculum; the pressure of adult college education and teaching management all challenge the development of adult colleges and universities. Adult colleges and universities should clearly develop their goals, strengthen curriculum construction, improve the quality of education and teaching, shift the focus of adult education from schooling to lifelong education, and give full play to adult colleges and universities in a learning society.
