1 概述工程机械驾驶室的门锁多年来一直多以民用插芯门锁、汽车锁甚至铁挂锁代用。由于工程机械的工况环境一般都较恶劣,上述各种代用锁在牢固度、可靠性、抗振性等方面均不能满足要求。如汽车门锁,其结构复杂、整体厚度大,在工程机械驾驶室采用,其锁舌厚度均大于100mm。而工程机械驾驶室车门,一般是由2mm厚度钢板做成,不同于汽车车门的双层
1 Overview The door locks on the cab of construction machinery have been used for many years as civilian insert locks, car locks, and iron padlocks. Due to the generally harsh working environment of construction machinery, the above-mentioned various types of substitute locks cannot meet requirements in terms of firmness, reliability, and vibration resistance.
