建国以来我国兴建了不少大、中型水电站,这些电站的压力钢管钢板绝大部分是采用屈服强度低于45kgf/mm~2的钢材,如A_3、16Mn、15MnV和15MnTi。但近年来修建的一些大型和高水头电站,其钢管用材有的仍采用16Mn、15MnV等钢材,有的则开始采用强度级别更高的钢材。选用何种钢材对大型和高水头电站是一个十分重要的向题,钢管钢材选用与其造价、施工进度、施工质量以及电站今后的安全运行有密切的关系。
Since the founding of our country, many large and medium-sized hydropower stations have been built in our country. Most of the pressure steel pipes of these power plants adopt steel with yield strength less than 45kgf / mm ~ 2, such as A_3,16Mn, 15MnV and 15MnTi. However, some large-scale and high-head hydropower stations constructed in recent years use some steel materials such as 16Mn and 15MnV, while others start to use steel with higher strength. The choice of what type of steel is a very important issue for large-scale and high-head power plants. The selection of steel and steel is closely related to its cost, construction schedule, construction quality and the safe operation of the power station in the future.
