从蔓荆茎叶中分离得到1个新的化合物——扶桑甾醇棕榈酸酯(1),以及10个已知化合物,分别鉴定为熊果醇(2)、3-表乌苏酸(3)、2α,3β,24-三羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(4)、2α,3α,24-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(5)、2α,3α,24-三羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(6)、2α,3α,24-三羟基-齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸-28-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(7)、(Z)-9-十六碳烯酸(8)、二十八烷醇(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)、β-胡萝卜苷(11)。化合物结构利用核磁共振谱、高分辨质谱等现代波普技术进行鉴定。化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~7首次从蔓荆中分离得到。
One new compound, Fusangosterol palmitate (1), and 10 known compounds were isolated from stems and leaves of Vitex japonicus and identified as ursolol (2), 3-epoxysuccinic acid (3) (4), 2α, 3α, 24-trihydroxy-12-ene-28-ursuic acid (5), 2α, 3α, 24α-trihydroxy- 24-trihydroxy-12-ene-28-oleanolic acid (6), 2α, 3α, 24-trihydroxy-olean- 12-en-28-oic acid- 28-β-D-glucopyranose ester Glycosides, glycosides, octadecanols, β-sitosterols and β-daucosaponins. The structure of the compound is identified by modern pop techniques such as nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 2 ~ 7 are isolated from Vitex for the first time.
