无机装载车即没有机器的车,它不用任何燃料作动力,也不需要人力推动,就可以沿一定途径行走一定的距离。无机装载车所以能自己行走,主要靠两根动力绳,由轮前一圈一圈地绕在轴的两侧,当加以一特定重量时,对于轮轴产生一偏心力矩,使轴旋转而拖动轮子沿轨道向前行走。无机车内装载额定重量的材料后,能完成三种动作:(1)往前行走;(2)按照指定地点自动卸料,并一次全部卸净;(3)空车自返原位。无机车的构造如图1所示。
An inorganic loading vehicle is a vehicle that does not have a machine. It does not use any fuel for power, nor does it require manpower to drive, and it can walk a certain distance along a certain path. Since the inorganic loading vehicle can walk on its own, it mainly depends on two power ropes, which are wound on both sides of the shaft one circle ahead of the wheel. When a specific weight is added, an eccentric moment is generated for the wheel shaft and the shaft is rotated and dragged. The wheels walked along the track. After the inorganic vehicle is loaded with the material of rated weight, it can complete three actions: (1) walking forward; (2) automatically discharging according to the designated location and unloading all at once; (3) returning the empty vehicle to its original position. The structure of the inorganic car is shown in Figure 1.
