目的通过对沂蒙山区蚊类生态习性近20年生态学调查,掌握不同生境蚊类的本底资料,为除害灭病提供科学依据。方法选择取样点,用人帐法、网捕法、灯诱法、人工小时法、动物诱捕法等5种采集方法分别在不同生境中采集蚊虫成虫,分类计数。结果共发现蚊类5属28种,其中环股按蚊、朝鲜伊蚊、背点伊蚊等7种为沂蒙山区新记录。蚊类的孳生地非常广泛,而不同蚊种在各种水质中又有不同的孳生特点。对11种常见蚊虫的嗜血习性进行了判断。结论在当前蚊媒传播疾病不断发生变化的情况下,有必要继续加强对蚊类生态学的调查,以巩固除害灭病的成果。
Objective To investigate the ecology of mosquitoes in Yimeng Mountain in the recent 20 years and to master the background information of mosquitoes in different habitats to provide a scientific basis for their elimination. Methods Sampling points were selected, and adult mosquitoes were collected in different habitats using five acquisition methods: human account method, net catching method, light induced method, artificial hour method and animal trapping method, respectively. Results A total of 28 mosquitoes were found in 5 genera, of which 7 species of Anopheles sinensis, Aedes albopictus and Aedes aegypti were recorded as new records in Yimeng Mountain. Mosquito breeding ground is very wide, and different mosquito species in a variety of water quality have different breeding characteristics. The bloodthirsty habits of 11 common mosquitoes were judged. Conclusion In the current situation of mosquito-borne diseases, there is still a need to continue to strengthen the investigation of mosquito ecology so as to consolidate the achievements in pest elimination.
