计算机专业是一类实践型强的专业,对学生的实践能力有更高的要求,传统的计算机专业人才培养模式已经不适应社会发展需要,必须建立一种新型教学模式,用来提高计算机专业学生实践能力,尤其对应用型本科院校尤其重要,翻转课堂是最近几年产生的一种新型教学模式,经过实践证明是比较适合计算机专业人才发展需要,本论文主要从计算机应用型人才与就职能力不足问题分析、翻转课堂教学模式与计算机应用型人才培养进行阐述翻转课堂在计算机专业人才培养中的应用,希望为研究计算机专业人才培养模式的专家与学者提供理论参考依据。
