近年来,中国专利数量不断提升,专利事业不断发展。然而,国内专利无申请费视撤数据显示,2015年,国家知识产权局专利局每受理100件专利申请就有7件无费视撤,每受理100件发明专利申请就有9件无费视撤。此外,中国部分省区市的专利申请受理量位居国内前列,但其视撤量和视撤率都高于国内平均水平;一些省区市的专利申请受理量虽然较少,但其专利无费视撤率则相对较高。应当改善和调整政策引导方式来解决相关问题。
In recent years, the number of Chinese patents has been on the rise and the patent business has been developing continuously. However, there is no application fee for domestic patents.
