在职场中,有能力的你是桀骜不驯还是顺应潮流,取决于你对职场理解和敬意。情景再现从销售主管到总经理的我一路走来,被人管也管过人,也辞退过员工。多数时候是因为员工的能力无法胜任工作,但这次被辞退的员工并非没有能力。刚开始我是欣赏他的,甚至准备予以重用。但一次制度的调整,让我对他的态度急转直下。
In the workplace, the ability of you are unruly or conform to the trend, depending on your understanding of the workplace and respect. Scene reproduction from sales manager to general manager of me along the way, was too over control of people, but also dismissed the staff.
