中国寒冷地区输气管道站场日益增多,但对站场保温设置没有充足认识及重视。为保障站场运行安全、节约运行成本,进行了站场保温设置的原则及必要性研究。通过分析保温对停输管道温降的影响,得出设置保温对维持管壁温度的效果;通过分析保温对站内热损失的影响,得出设置保温对节约运行成本的效果。结果表明:设置保温对维持停输后管壁温度、降低站内温降损失效果显著;提出根据达到设计输量年限确定站场是否设置保温的原则;加热设备选型需充分考虑站内温降等事项。该技术研究成果已在我国东北地区哈沈线、中俄东线中应用,可进一步指导后续同类工程的建设。
China’s cold region gas pipeline station growing, but there is not enough understanding of the site insulation and attention. In order to ensure the safe operation of the station yard and save the operation cost, the principle and the necessity of the station insulation setting were studied. By analyzing the influence of heat preservation on the temperature drop of the shutdown pipe, the effect of setting heat preservation on the temperature of the pipe wall was obtained. By analyzing the influence of heat preservation on the heat loss in the station, the effect of setting heat preservation on operating cost savings was obtained. The results show that setting heat preservation has a significant effect on maintaining the wall temperature after shutdown and reducing the loss of temperature drop in the station. The principle of whether the heat preservation is set according to the deadline of design throughput is proposed. The selection of heating equipment should take full account of the temperature drop in the station . The research results of this technology have been applied in the Hu-Shen Line in Northeast China and the East-China Line, which can further guide the follow-up construction of similar projects.
