目的:从鸡后鳃体分离纯化降钙素并对其性质进行研究。方法:采用丙酮及正丁醇醋酸水(75∶7.5∶21)对后鳃体进行提取,提取物再进行CM-52柱层析进行分离纯化。结果:提取物经高效液相色谱分析、酶免测定及大鼠血清钙降低实验表明为鸡降钙素。结论:获得了具有一定纯度,并有生物活性的鸡降钙素
Objective: To separate and purify calcitonin from chicken carcasses and to study its properties. Methods: The carcasses were extracted with acetone and n-butanol-acetic acid-water (75∶7.5∶21). The extracts were separated and purified by CM-52 column chromatography. RESULTS: The extracts were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography, enzyme-free assay and serum calcium reduction in rats. CONCLUSION: Chicken calcitonin with certain purity and biological activity was obtained.
