医院要顺利开展各项管理工作,应该先做好思想政治工作,因为医院思想政治工作是医院各项工作得到顺利开展的精神指引。尤其在我国经济迅速发展,医疗体制改革不断完善的当今时代,医院思想政治工作的重要性得到了更为全面的体现。但是在医院思想政治工作价值得到认可的同时,也出现了越来越多的问题,会对医院各项工作的开展造成一定的影响,本研究就对解决这些问题的对策进行探讨分析。 The hospital should carry out various management work smoothly and ideological and political work should be done first.
