攀钢120t氧气顶吹转炉物料及热平衡测定,其误差符合冶金部的规定范围。测定结果表明,攀钢转炉顶吹冶炼工艺物料消耗高、金属吹损大、炉子热效率低,消化废钢能力很低。主要原因是入炉铁水(或半钢)含硫量高、温度低、发热元素含量少,造成以高碱度、大渣量操作来满足脱硫的需要;以金属铁的过氧化来补充炉内热量的不足。本次测定为全面评价攀钢氧气顶吹转炉冶炼工艺提供了较完整的定量数据。
Panzhihua Iron and Steel 120t oxygen top converter material and heat balance determination, the error in line with the provisions of the Ministry of Metallurgical range. The test results show that the top blown smelting process in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has high material consumption, large metal blow loss, low thermal efficiency of the furnace, and low digestion and scrapability. The main reason is that hot metal (or semi-steel) has high sulfur content, low temperature and low heating element content, which results in the operation of high alkalinity and large slag volume to meet the needs of desulphurization. The oxidation of metal iron complements the furnace Lack of heat. This determination provides a more complete quantitative data for a comprehensive evaluation of the smelting process of oxygen top-blown converter in Panzhihua Iron and Steel.
