Liberia was a small, less attractive country on the vast continent of Africa. However, as the light train flew into the fifth year of the 21st century, there was an incident in this poor small Western country that rewrote the constitutional history of Africa - A woman named Ellen Johnson Sirleaf won the second ballot in the presidential election on November 8 that year, becoming the first elected President after Liberia’s civil war ended and the first in history in Africa Female head of state.
