70年代起世界各地已公认尘螨为多种变态反应性疾病的过敏原,并证实尘螨致敏疾病已达10多种,许多国家已开始用螨浸液脱敏治疗变态反应性疾病。我科于1978年7月起用自制粉尘螨注射液治疗支气管哮喘130例,取得较满意效果。现就其中已完成4个疗程治疗的50例小结如下。一、病例选择 1.治疗对象男35人,女15人。年龄:3～7岁28例;7～12岁6例;12岁以上16例。病程:1～3年8例;3～5年10例;5～7年6例;7～9年以上26例。 2.诊断分型标准吸入型(过敏型);有家族及个人过敏史,春秋发病为主。发病前出现呼吸道过敏症状,吼喘出现快,持续时间短。痰中酸性细胞增多,末梢血酸性细胞增高。共12例。
Since the 1970s, dust mites have been recognized as allergens for many allergic diseases. More than 10 species of dust mite allergy diseases have been confirmed. Many countries have started desensitization treatment of allergic diseases with mite infusion. Our department in July 1978 with homemade dust mite injection treatment of bronchial asthma in 130 cases, achieved more satisfactory results. Now on which have completed four courses of treatment of 50 cases summarized as follows. First, the case selection 1. Treatment of 35 men and 15 women. Age: 28 cases from 3 to 7 years old; 6 cases from 7 to 12 years old; 16 cases over 12 years old. Course of disease: 1 to 3 years in 8 cases; 3 to 5 years in 10 cases; 5 to 7 years in 6 cases; 7 to 9 years in 26 cases. 2. Diagnostic typing standard inhaled (allergy); family history and personal allergies, the main spring and autumn onset. Before the onset of respiratory allergies, roar asthma fast, short duration. Sputum acid cells increased, peripheral blood acid cells increased. A total of 12 cases.
