本文阐述了窄幅铝箔生产改进工艺的制定以及与传统工艺在工艺流程、工艺装备等方面的比较,并对其技术经济指标进行了分析计算。改进后的工艺具有:工艺流程短、投资省、能耗低、定员少、成品率高、生产成本低等优点。其突出点是取消中间退火与清洗工序,而产品质量还优于原工艺。实践证明:改进后的工艺,其经济效益显著,适宜新建窄幅铝箔生产线时采用,亦值得老企业技术改造时借鉴与应用。
This article elaborates the development of narrow aluminum foil production improvement process and comparison with the traditional process in the aspects of process flow, process equipment and so on, and analyzes its technical and economic indexes. The improved process has: short process, investment, low energy consumption, less capacity, high yield, low production costs. The highlight is to cancel the intermediate annealing and cleaning processes, and product quality is better than the original process. Practice has proved that: The improved process, the significant economic benefits, suitable for the new narrow aluminum foil production line used, it is also worth the old enterprise technology innovation reference and application.
