目的：分析总结腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科疾病围手术期护理要点，为合理有效的护理措施提供依据。方法：对我院泌尿外科收治腹腔镜手术治疗的患者46例围手术期护理过程回顾性分析。结果：本组患者的术前护理包括心理安抚，纠正病理生理状态护理等，术后呼吸道护理、饮食护理、引流管护理、排便护理以及盆底肌训练等。所有患者均顺利度过手术期，大多数患者术后2天内胃肠道功能恢复正常，可下床活动，2周内新膀胱可自主排尿，无严重并发症发生，均与2W～2m内出院，随访结果提示预后良好。结论：合理有效的围手术期护理是泌尿外科疾病患者行腹腔镜手术治疗过程中手术顺利进行和良好预后的保证。“,”Objective:To analyze and summarize laparoscopic urological diseases perioperative care points,provide the basis for reasonable and ef ective care measures.Methods:The hospital admit ed laparoscopic urological surgery 46 patients perioperative nursing process were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The preoperative care in this group of patients,including psy-chological comfort,correcting the pathophysiology of state care,postoperative respiratory care,diet care,drainage tube care,bowel care,and pelvic floor muscle training.Al patients survive the operation period,the majority of patients within 2 days after gastrointestinal function returned to normal,you can get out of bed,two weeks,a new self-voiding bladder can be no serious compli-cations were discharged within the 2W ~2m fol ow-up results suggest a good prognosis.CONCLUSION:reasonable and ef ective perioperative care is disease patients undergoing laparoscopic urological surgery during the treatment smooth and good prognosis guarantee.
