中国海洋湖沼学会水文气象学会第五次学术年会于1986年9月20—25日在江苏省无锡市召开。来自全国各有关科研、教学等48个单位的110位代表出席了这次会议。会议由副理事长何恩典教授主持,副理事长施成熙教授致开幕词。 交通部三航局王稼穗工程师、科学院南京地理研究所濮培民副研究员分别在大会上作了题为“危险区产生缘由的调查和分析论证”、“苏联湖泊水库情况简介”的报告。美国大湖和海洋研究中心主任A.M毕顿教授和章以本博士应邀在大会上介绍了美国密执安大学大湖和海洋研究中心,大气和海洋科学系及美国海洋基金会的研究活动情况。
The 5th Annual Meeting of Hydrology and Meteorology Society of China Oceanic Lake Society was held on September 20-25, 1986 in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. 110 representatives from 48 units of relevant scientific research and teaching attended the conference. The meeting was presided over by Professor He En-dian, vice chairman of the meeting, and Professor Shi Chengxi, vice chairman of the meeting, delivered an opening speech. Wang Jiaosui, engineer of the Third Navigation Administration of the Ministry of Communications, and Pu Peimin, an associate researcher at Nanjing Institute of Geography, made a speech titled “Investigation and Analysis of Evidence of Causes of Hazardous Areas” and “Introduction of Lakes and Reservoirs in the Soviet Union” respectively. Professor A.M. Burton and Dr. Zhang Yibin, directors of the Great Lakes and Marine Research Center of the United States, were invited to present at the conference the research activities of the Great Lakes and Ocean Research Center of the University of Michigan, the Department of Atmospheric and Marine Sciences and the U.S. Marine Foundation.
