目的:观察超声筛查胎儿畸形的效果,为临床提供依据。方法:回顾性分析128例2010年5月~2013年5月来我院进行产前筛查且产后确诊有胎儿畸形者临床资料,对比分析产前超声检查诊断结果与产后诊断结果,总结超声对胎儿畸形筛查的临床价值。结果:128例胎儿畸形中,产前超声诊断胎儿先天畸形者123例,与产后诊断结果一致率为96.09%,其余超声诊断结果与产后不相符者5例(单纯性唇裂3例、单纯性室间隔缺损1例、多发畸形1例)。结论:超声能动态观察胎儿在宫内各器官发育情况,帮助孕妇孕期胎儿畸形的早期发现,对临床的及时处理提供了重要诊断依据,能作为孕妇产前胎儿畸形筛查的重要检测方法。
Objective: To observe the effect of ultrasound in screening fetal malformations and provide the basis for clinical practice. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 128 cases from May 2010 to May 2013 to our hospital for prenatal screening and postpartum diagnosis of fetal malformation were clinical data, comparative analysis of prenatal diagnosis of ultrasound and postpartum diagnosis results, summary of ultrasound Clinical Value of Fetal Deformity Screening. Results: Among the 128 cases of fetal malformations, 123 cases of fetal congenital malformations were diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound. The coincidence rate with postpartum diagnosis was 96.09%. The other ultrasonography results were not matched with those of postnatal period (5 cases of simple cleft lip, 3 cases of simple cleft lip, 1 cases of septal defect, multiple malformations in 1 case). CONCLUSION: Ultrasound can dynamically observe the development of fetus in utero organs, help early detection of fetal malformations during pregnancy and provide an important diagnostic basis for clinical treatment in time. It can be used as an important detection method for prenatal fetal malformation screening.
