本月起,国家级风景名胜区的核心景区内不得安排索道、缆车等项目。由住建部制定的《国家级风景名胜区规划编制审批办法》12月1日起实施。《办法》规定,编制国家级风景名胜区规划,不得在核心景区内安排索道、缆车、宾馆、疗养院、大型游乐设施等与核心景区资源、生态和景观保护无关的项目、设施或者建筑物。
From this month, the key scenic spots of national scenic area may not be arranged cableway, cable car and other projects. The “Measures for the Examination and Approval of the Preparation of National Scenic Area Planning” formulated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development shall be implemented on December 1. The Measures stipulate that the preparation of a national scenic area planning shall not arrange projects, facilities or buildings that are not related to the resources, ecology and landscape protection of the core scenic spots such as cableways, cable cars, hotels, nursing homes and large recreational facilities in the core scenic spots.
