迄今国内外有人研究各种各样的文化,没有人研究工人文化。当代中国工人文化是什么?如何认识和对待它?研究这些问题理论意义和现实意义都十分重大。本文在对沈阳市产业工人问卷调查的基础上,提出了当代中国工人文化的时代内涵和特征;根据调查结果对当前产业工人关心的一些重大问题,如对企业文化的看法、今后最大的期望、对企业劳资关系的看法和对工会作用的看法等,进行了分析;并提出了充分发挥工会职能作用、促进工人利益最大化的对策建议。
To date, there have been studies of various cultures both at home and abroad, and no one has studied the culture of workers. What is Contemporary Worker Culture in China? How to Understand and Treat It? The theoretical and practical significance of studying these issues are very significant. Based on the questionnaire survey of industrial workers in Shenyang, this paper puts forward the connotation and characteristics of contemporary Chinese worker culture. According to the survey results, some major issues of concern to current industrial workers, such as the view of corporate culture and the greatest expectations in the future, Analyzes the relationship between the labor and capital of the enterprise and its view on the role of trade unions, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on giving full play to the functions of trade unions and promoting the interests of the workers.
