我院自1983年2月开始应用日本岛津制作所生产的SCT-100N_2电算体层装置行头部检查以来,已对750多个患者进行了检查,其中阳性的病例有369例,包括脑肿瘤,脑血管疾患(脑出血、脑梗塞、动静脉畸形和动脉瘤)、颅脑外伤、脑脓肿、结核性脑膜炎、病毒性脑炎、脑白质病变、脑萎缩、脑猪囊虫病和先天性病变等(表1)。本文着重通过常见的脑肿瘤及血管性病变的CT表现的分析与部分临床手术病理证实作一讨论。
More than 750 patients have been examined in our hospital since February 1983 when using the SCT-100N_2 computed tomography device manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation in Japan, of which 369 were positive, including brain Cerebrovascular disease (cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, arteriovenous malformation and aneurysm), craniocerebral trauma, brain abscess, tuberculous meningitis, viral encephalitis, leukoaraiosis, cerebral atrophy, cerebral cysticercosis Congenital lesions, etc. (Table 1). This article focuses on the common brain tumor and vascular lesions of the CT performance analysis and some clinical surgical pathology confirmed a discussion.
