本文主要研究如何配制高和易性砂浆,以保证砼空心砌块的整体性。以石灰、粉煤灰作掺合科为提高和易性的主要措施。提出了将胶凝材料总量提高到450kg,同时适当加大流动性,可配制高和易性砌筑砂浆。对用同样砂浆砌砼与砌砖时砂浆的强度差别进行了试验。对分别掺有石灰和粉煤灰的两种水泥砂浆的抗剪强度进行了初步的比较。本文还讨论了如何修改原砌筑砂浆配比设计方法,以用于砼空心砌块用砌筑砂浆的配比设计。
This article mainly studies how to formulate high workability mortar in order to ensure the integrity of concrete hollow blocks. Lime and fly ash were used as the main measures for improving workability. It has been proposed to increase the total amount of cementitious materials to 450kg, and at the same time increase the fluidity appropriately to make mortars with high workability. The difference in the strength of the mortar when using the same mortar for building and laying bricks was tested. A preliminary comparison of the shear strengths of two cement mortars mixed with lime and fly ash respectively was conducted. This article also discusses how to modify the original mortar mixing ratio design method for the proportioning design of masonry mortar used for concrete hollow blocks.
