新课标倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式,其中小组合作学习对于培养小学生的各种能力及建立生生之间、师生之间的良好关系起着非常重要的作用。但在小组合作中我们发现:优者更优,差者更差,交流成了组长的“一言堂”;课堂上,预设目标与生成目标不一致;前置性作业的设计与使用,机械模仿,没有体现导学案的价值。为此,我校成立了高效课堂团队,如何通过优化小组合作学习,提高我们语文课堂教学的实效性,课堂教学取得了突破性进展。
The new curriculum advocates autonomous, cooperative and exploratory learning methods, of which the group cooperative learning plays a very important role in cultivating the various abilities of primary school students and establishing a good relationship between students and students as well as between teachers and students. But in the group cooperation, we found that: the superior is better, the worse is worse, the exchange becomes the leader of the “one word”; in the classroom, the default goal and the generation goal are inconsistent; the predecessor homework design and the use, Mechanical imitation, did not reflect the value of guide case. To this end, our school set up an efficient classroom team, how to optimize group cooperation learning, improve the effectiveness of our language teaching, classroom teaching has made a breakthrough.
