Effects of pituitary-derived GH therapy on immune function in children with growth hormone (GH) deficiency have been reported. This article studies the effects of biosynthesis of human GH on co-immunization in children with GH deficiency. A total of 7 patients, aged 4 to 15 years old. Thyroid function was normal during the study. 4 cases of children had previously received pituitary-derived GH treatment.
