福清核电一次规划连续建设6台百万千瓦级压水堆机组,工程虽采用总承包模式,但从机组建安、调试至运行各阶段的化学分析工作,均由业主主导和负责,化学分析工作存在任务繁重、人员储备不足、实际工作经验不足等困难,电厂以实际工作目标为导向,分别从工作管理流程、培训方法、实验室管理、人员值班、承包商支持、管理信息化等方面进行了工作管理创新和实践,初步建立了一套完整、规范的化学分析工作管理方法,圆满完成了1、2号机组冷试、热试、装料后的调试启动、商运、大修等各阶段的化学监测和分析任务,为新建核电机组的化学分析工作管理提供了重要借鉴方法。
