近年来日本普遍推广使用氯乙烯膜门帘,特别在冷藏库内门斗部位被广泛采用。为减少门内外冷热空气的交换,以往常用的方法是在门斗处设置空气幕或悬挂棉毡门帘。前者需增加能源消耗,后者由于视线遮挡,往往会引起碰撞,从而影响库内运输效率。氯乙烯膜门帘能克服上述缺点,并由于具有较小的导热系数因而可进一步提高保温保冷效果;同时它还具有良好的隔音特性,能减少噪声的传入,故它是一种新型较为理想的门。
In recent years, vinyl chloride film curtains have been widely used in Japan, and are widely used in the door hoppers of refrigerators. In order to reduce the exchange of hot and cold air inside and outside the door, a common method used in the past is to install an air curtain or hang a cotton felt curtain at the door hopper. The vinyl chloride film curtain can overcome the above shortcomings, and because it has a smaller thermal conductivity, it can further improve the insulation and cooling effect; at the same time it also has a good sound insulation properties, can reduce the introduction of noise, so it is a new type of more ideal door.
